More and more people are fascinated and inspired by the idea of living on water. Modern architecture is increasingly discovering this original element as habitable space. “Floating
Homes”, the maritime construction project by Hamburg-based architects “Förster + Trabitzsch”, makes this new lifestyle possible as well as enabling water to be experienced as living space.
The cubist buildings made of glass, steel and wood, create transparency and link the water with the living space occupied by its residents. The modern architecture of the exterior shell is consistently followed in the interior too.
The bathrooms are designed using the Axor Uno² collection. The clear, geometric contours of the fittings supplement and underline the simple design language of the architecture.
